The use of smart systems has become commonplace.
There are many home automation standards, here are the most popular ones.

Zigbee – works via radio channel.
The most accessible and easily connected system. It can be installed into an existing system, in parts or in its entirety, as desired. Easy management and configuration via a visualization on your phone.

KNX – top technology system
Requires special wiring during construction. It is the best-known and highest-quality system. Devices with this protocol are manufactured by all well-known manufacturers, including ABB, Gira, Bereker, Jung, MDT, Zennio, and many others.

LOXONE
A young but aggressively gaining momentum brand. Very similar to KNH, but it’s a single-brand protocol. It’s gaining momentum in Europe and around the world.
Other home automation systems.
There are numerous systems and protocols for controlling home and industrial devices worldwide. Some are designed for specific purposes, while others are simply popular locally.
DALI
This is a powerful lighting control protocol. It’s used in concert halls and other large-scale projects. It allows for the implementation of fantastic scenarios. Its advantage is that the controllers are located in the lamps themselves, allowing multiple fixtures to be controlled via a single cable.
Lutron & Crestron
American standards for smart systems. They are somewhat complex in programming and maintenance.
Modbus -Climate Management
Specifically designed for climate control systems. The most common, simple, and reliable industrial protocol. Operates via RS-485 (twisted pair) or Ethernet. Integrates seamlessly with KNH and ZigBee via gateways.
