Naval Electrical Services

Basic electrical

Every boat has a basic electrical system, consisting of 220-volt circuits and usually 12 or 24 volts. These systems are governed by the same laws as home electrical systems. And I’m an expert in that area.

Network voltage is 220 volts

Common problems include lost connections and leaks. Modern equipment makes it easy to identify and fix any problem.

Boat power supply network 12 (24 volts)

This is probably the main network on a yacht. Solar power, batteries, inverter, alternator, lighting, refrigerator, engine starter—all these are elements of that network.

NMEA Data Network

The NMEA data bus is similar to the one used in the KAN car and home KNX systems. However, it has a different protocol, and we know how to work with it.

Main tasks and solutions in boat electrical engineering

Most tasks involve checking existing connections and replacing wires with new ones.

checking the wires

Modern devices allow you to quickly determine the integrity and presence of leaks in the system.

Installation of new systems

Solar panels, lithium-ion batteries, water makers, household appliances. We’ll connect any equipment safely and reliably.

Checking and adjusting navigation instruments

Connecting and configuring any NMEA devices
